What Defines the Ombre Method?
Ombre in permanent brow makeup is a shading technique that creates a gradient effect—lighter at the brow base and gradually darker toward the tail. It delivers a natural, 3D look without a “drawn‑on” effect.
The term “Ombre” comes from French and means “shadow.” It mimics the natural way brows are often lighter at the start and denser, darker toward the arch and tail. The effect is soft, elegant and beautifully enhances facial features.

What to Expect During the Treatment
As with other methods, Ombre starts with consultation, facial analysis and a pre‑drawing. After approval, the pigment is applied, carefully building the color gradient.
Immediately after treatment the brows will be darker and more intense. During healing (about 7–14 days) the skin exfoliates and the color lightens by about 30–50%, revealing a softer final Ombre effect. Full healing and pigment stabilization occurs after 4–6 weeks, when a touch‑up is recommended.
