1. General provisions

These terms define the rules for providing beauty and permanent makeup services in a home-based studio in Germany. By booking, the Client confirms that she has read and accepts these terms.

2. Service provider details

3. Scope of services

The studio provides beauty services, including permanent makeup, consultations, corrections, and remover treatments. Details and prices are available on the website.

4. Booking and confirmation

  • Bookings can be made via the online form or direct contact.
  • An appointment is confirmed after contact and agreement on the date.
  • The studio reserves the right to refuse service in justified cases.

5. Punctuality, delays, cancellations

  • Please arrive on time.
  • In case of delay, the treatment time may be shortened.
  • Cancellation or rescheduling should be made as early as possible.

6. Contraindications and safety

  • The Client must inform about health conditions and contraindications.
  • If in doubt, the Service Provider may refuse to perform the treatment.
  • The studio operates according to hygiene and safety standards.

7. Results and aftercare

  • Results may vary depending on individual factors.
  • The Client receives aftercare instructions and agrees to follow them.
  • Failure to follow recommendations may affect the final outcome.

8. Complaints

Complaints should be submitted promptly with a description and photographic documentation. They will be processed within a reasonable time in accordance with applicable law.

9. Rules for the home studio

  • The studio is located in a private home space — please respect privacy.
  • Please attend without accompanying persons unless agreed otherwise.
  • Smoking and open flames are prohibited in the studio.

10. Personal data protection (GDPR)

The data controller is the Service Provider indicated in section 2. Data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

  • Purpose: booking management, service delivery, client communication, and consent-based anonymous traffic statistics.
  • Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a), (b), (c), and (f) GDPR (consent, contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest).
  • Data scope: name, contact details, selected service, preferred date, additional information provided in the form.
  • Retention: as long as necessary to provide services and meet legal obligations.
  • Recipients: service providers (e.g., hosting, communication tools) only to the extent necessary.
  • Rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, data portability, withdrawal of consent.
  • Complaint: right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority in Germany.

Analytics starts only after consent in the banner. We use IP anonymization and do not use cookies for tracking. Statistics are stored in our database in an anonymous form.

11. Final provisions

  • These terms may be updated — the new version applies from the publication date.
  • In matters not covered, German and EU law applies.
